Age Restricted Products

The provision of alcoholic beverages is restricted in Australia to persons who are 18 and older. 

It is an offense to provide via any method, alcoholic beverages to any underage persons. As such, Knowles Brothers Wine do not permit the sale of their restricted products to minors, and may at their discretion, request proof of age prior to fulfilling an order. 

Any order made by persons under age will be refunded less any transaction fees, and will not be fulfilled under any circumstances. 

Any account that Knowles Brothers Wine deem operated by any person who is under age or any fraudulant account will be cancelled at the discretion of Knowles Brothers Wine, and in the case of a person under age, reactivated once evidence has been provided that said person has reached the legislated age to purchase alcohol.
